To print a file copy of Form 1096 or W3 for your records, go to "Print" from the Main Menu.

Note: Only forms that have been e-filed will be included in the 1096 or W3.

You may preview a 1096 or W3 for non e-filed forms by following these directions: How to view a Summary before e-filing

Select the company, and the form type.  Next, click on "Print form 1096" for 1099s or "Print form W3" for W2s.

Make sure pop-up blockers are turned off, which includes any antivirus software.
