If you are experiencing issues with not being able to view/print from your browser, follow the steps in this Adobe Help Topic to ensure that your browser is properly configured to print through Adobe. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/display-pdf-in-browser.html 

Also, make sure you are using the latest version on Adobe reader.  If not, check for updates and install.

Note: Make sure your pop-up blocker is off.
