Do I need to select a default cash account?

The site is setup to require a default cash account in order to continue creating the company. When you set a default cash account, it automatically lists as the cash account in deposit entries and payment transactions. This saves you time as you work if you have a main cash account from which you conduct most of your business transactions. You can still choose a different cash account if you have a transaction affecting another account and the next entry will return to your default cash account. The selected default cash account does not apply to payroll transactions.
